º. Consignación de los Valores Retenidos . El Banco de la República deberá consignar los valores retenidos a título del impuesto sobre la remuneración del encaje en el Fondo de Reserva para la Estabilización de la Cartera Hipotecaria en la misma fecha en la cual realice el pago de dicha remuneración mensual.
