El auxilio de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda legal de que trata la presente Ley, será incluído por mitades en cada una de las vigencias fiscales de 1961 y 1962, y, en caso de no serlo, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para abrir los créditos adicionales que sean necesarios.
