°. Del ámbito de aplicación. El sistema de Distinción y Estímulos a que se refiere el presente Decreto se aplica a los empleados públicos de los niveles operativo, administrativo, técnico y profesional o sus equivalentes, pertenecientes a las carreras administrativa general, diplomática y consular, de notariado y registro, de la seguridad social, del Sistema Nacional de Salud y a la de Telecom.
