Deber de información . Para los efectos del artículo 2.2.12.2.3. de este decreto, el pensionado deberá informar de su situación a la entidad de Previsión Social que tenga a su cargo el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión, para que suspenda el pago o asuma la diferencia. (Decreto número 583 de 1995, artículo 3°).
