° Responsabilidad de los agentes fiduciarios. Las fiduciarias Cafetera, Popular y del Estado, de conformidad con las estipulaciones de los contratos suscritos con el Gobierno Nacional para la administración de los “Bonos para desarrollo social y seguridad interna (BDSI)”, deberán responder por la autenticidad de los títulos que les sean presentados para los fines de este Decreto. Así mismo, deberán verificar el valor pagado por intereses moratorios por los suscriptores de los “Bonos para desarrollo social y seguridad interna (BDSI)”, previo su reintegro bajo cualquiera de los mecanismos previstos en este Decreto.
