La programación y pautas publicitarias deben orientarse conforme a lo previsto en la Ley 74 de 1966, Ley 30 de 1986, Ley 137 de 1994, Ley 996 de 2005, Ley 1098 de 2006, lo previsto en este decreto, las demás disposiciones que regulen la materia, así como las normas que las modifiquen, sustituyan o reglamenten.
