Convocatoria de las Asambleas Ordinarias. Las asambleas ordinarias serán convocadas así:

Por los órganos de la caja previstos en los respectivos estatutos, dentro de los seis primeros meses del año.

Por orden de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar en caso de no haberse efectuado la reunión en la forma contemplada en el numeral anterior.
