LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.10. Labores de Investigación Científica, Exploración y Exploración de los Recursos del Mar. Las naves dedicadas a labores de investigación científica, la exploración y la exploración de los recursos del mar. Con excepción de los recursos vivos, serán tripuladas por personal en posesión de la licencia de navegación correspondiente a la actividad de transporte marítimo, detalladas en la presente Parte.
