Régimen disciplinario. Al personal de empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales de la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar les será aplicado el régimen disciplinario previsto en el Decreto-ley 2608 de 1988 y demás normas que lo aclaran, modifiquen o sustituyan.
