Articulo 126 . Causales de amonestación . Las amonestaciones para los responsables de las fábricas o establecimientos de producción de alcohol, de la elaboración, hidratación, envase, importación, exportación, distribución y venta de bebidas alcohólicas se aplicaran por las siguientes causales: a). Deficiencia en la asesoría técnica. b). Deficiente control de calidad en la materia prima, en el producto en proceso, en el producto terminado y en el material de envase y empaque.
