Las farmacias y droguerías que tengan en existencia especialidades farmacéuticas que contengan drogas o sustancias que producen dependencia física o síquica en cantidad superior a la autorizada, incurrirán en multa de $5.000 a $50.000. Además de esta sanción, podrá también imponerse la suspensión de la licencia de funcionamiento de tres a doce meses cuando el acto revista especial gravedad y en caso de reincidencia.
