Obligación de reporte de accidentes de tránsito. Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud que presten servicios médicos, quirúrgicos, farmacéuticos y hospitalarios por causa de accidentes de tránsito, deberán reportar de este hecho, a la Entidad Promotora de Salud a la cual se encuentren afiliada la víctima, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes.
