Recibida la solicitud, con la documentación completa, el Consejo Profesional Seccional respectivo, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes, la decidirá mediante resolución contra la cual proceden los recursos de reposición y apelación ante el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de su notificación.
