EXCARCELACION. Los procesados en expedientes por reconstruir que continuaren detenidos por disposición de providencia que así lo hubiere dispuesto, podrán solicitar su excarcelación si pasados 160 días de privación efectiva de la libertad no se ha dictado resolución de convocatoria.
