El Congreso Nacional exalta y aplaude la meritoria y heroica labor profesional del doctor Miguel Gómez Archila, con ocasión de la catástrofe del trimotor 643, que servirá de ejemplo a la abnegación y sentido de humanismo de los médicos colombianos, y ordena publicar en folleto especial la admirable página escrita por él, y en la cual se relata el dramático episodio de que fue protagonista el doctor Gómez Archila.
