Artículo único . El Tesoro Nacional pagará á los herederos de Salustiano Ortiz la suma que la Comisión de suministros, empréstitos y expropiaciones les reconoció por Resolución número 2,407 de fecha 22 de Octubre de 1890.

En el Presupuesto de Gastos para la próxima vigencia de 1897 y 1898 se incluirá la partida necesaria para cubrir este crédito, entre los gastos comunes.
