Los trabajadores afiliados a una Caja de Compensación Familiar tendrán derecho a nombrar dos representantes suyos en el Consejo Directivo, con los mismos derechos y deberes de los miembros elegidos por la Asamblea General. Dichos representantes serán designados de conformidad con la reglamentación que a tal efecto establezca el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
