Artículo tercero. La Oficina Jurídica del Ministerio de Salud Pública, fijará las listas de los aspirantes que llenen los requisitos de que trata el artículo anterior y autorizará la matrícula respectiva. Las listas así elaboradas deberán contener el número de la cédula de ciudadanía de las personas en ellas incluidas.
