Artículo primero. En desarrollo de lo previsto en el artículo 55 de la Ley 1ª. de 1959, el Ministerio de Fomento certificará, cuando se trate de reintegros al Banco de la República por concepto de exportaciones de que trata dicho artículo, el valor en divisas extranjeras de la materia prima importada mediante crédito obtenido de alguna corporación financiera o con financiación directa comprobada, así como el valor de los intereses. Asimismo hará constar la suma que corresponda al valor agregado de cada registro de exportación.
