° Además de los cargos previstos en el artículo 36 del presente Decreto, para todos los efectos legales y fiscales se entenderán incluidos en la planta de personal de la Procuraduría General de la Nación los cargos correspondientes a la Procuraduría Delegada para la Defensa del Menor y de la Familia de que tratan los artículos 292 y 293 del Decreto-ley 2737 de 1989.
