La Universidad está constituida, básicamente por las directivas, los profesores y los estudiantes. La integran en lo docente e investigativo, todas las Facultades, Institutos, Escuelas y Departamentos que existen en la actualidad y que ella misma establezca en el futuro, y en lo administrativo todos los servicios y dependencias que se establezcan y que sean necesarios para el logro de su finalidad.
