El registro no se suspenderá sino de las doce del día a las dos de la tarde y durante la noche, salvo lo prescrito en el artículo 321 o que el Interesado consienta en que continúe.

Suspendido el registro, el funcionario tomará las medidas conducentes para evitar que los objetos materia de la diligencia sean modificados o sustraídos.
