Asistencia de servidores estatales. Las Cámaras podrán, para la discusión de proyectos de ley o para el studio de asuntos relacionados con sus funciones, requerir la asistencia de los Ministros. Las Comisiones Permanentes podrán, además, solicitar la presencia de los Viceministros, los Directores de Departamentos Administrativos, el Gerente del Banco de la República, los Presidentes, Directores o Gerentes de las entidades descentralizadas del orden nacional y la de otros funcionarios de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público.
