º. El Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro -Fonprenor- en liquidación, o en su defecto la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, deberá trasladar dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto, las sumas de dinero que por concepto de cotizaciones y rendimientos financieros fueron recaudados durante la época en que se mantuvo vigente la afiliación. Igualmente deberá expedir las certificaciones individuales a que haya lugar.
