Expiración de la exclusividad. Al expirar el término de exclusividad por la finalización del plazo contractual, el contratista podrá seguir prestando el servicio público de distribución domiciliaria de gas combustible sin exclusividad o podrá disponer de la infraestructura montada para el efecto.
