Art. 2.° Los Administradores de las Aduanas remitirán cada tres meses á la Secretaría de Fomento de la Unión una relación nominal de las personas que hayan exportado productos colombianos con expresión de los productos que cada uno exportó. La primera lista deben remitirla el día 1.° de Marzo próximo venidero.
