ARTICULO SEGUNDO. Aprópiase para atender a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal de 1º de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1952, con base en las rentas e ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación determinados en el artículo anterior, la cantidad de seiscientos treinta y dos millones seiscientos treinta mil quinientos cincuenta y siete pesos con ochenta y cuatro centavos ($ 632.630.557.84.) moneda legal, distribuida entre los diferentes Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, así:
