De conformidad con las disposiciones sobre la materia, las importaciones a que hacen referencia los artículos 172 y 173 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, deberán ser financiadas en moneda extranjera, en concordancia con las normas de dicho Decretro-ley sobre préstamos externos, préstamos del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones y prefinanciación de exportaciones por los establecimientos de crédito del país. Las importaciones de que trata el artículo 174 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, estarán sujetas a la obtención de financiación externa de conformidad con lo contemplado en dicho artículo.
