En la confrontación de existencias de tabaco no se aceptarán venas empacadas o sueltas en sustitución de tabaco en rama para efectos del peso del artículo. La verificación de tales existencias se hará únicamente sobre el tabaco en rama, ya elaborado o en picadura, y toda diferencia por exceso se presume fraudulenta.
