IMPUESTO SOBRE LA RENTA .Para efectos de impuestos sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituye renta gravable por concepto de haberes que perciban del Tesoro Público los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, el sueldo básico disminuido en el monto del aporte que deben hacer a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro, sin perjuicio de las demás exenciones y deducciones legales.
