Corrígese el yerro tipográfico contenido en el artículo 75 del Decreto 1790 de 2000, numeral b), por el cual se expidió las normas de la Carrera de personal de oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, el cual quedará así: Artículo 75 . Magistrado del Tribunal Superior Militar. b) Haber sido Juez de Primera Instancia o Fiscal Penal Militar o Auditor de Guerra de División o sus equivalentes en la Armada Nacional y la Fuerza Aérea, de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional; o de la Inspección General, por tiempo no inferior a Cinco (5) años.
