Cuando varios individuos cooperan de modo directo y principal en la violación de la ley penal, cada uno de los cooperadores inmediatos de la violación incurrirá en la pena que para el caso esté señalada.

En la misma pena incurrirá quien decida a otro a cometer el delito, si se demuestra que aquél tenía interés personal en cometerlo; pero en tal caso se disminuirá en una sexta parte la pena señalada por la ley.
