Decreto 1348 de 1992 · por el cual se dictan algunas disposiciones en materia de transporte internacional de mercancías por carretera.

Las empresas nacionales de transporte que hayan obtenido el certificado de idoneidad, informarán al Intra sobre la desvinculación de los vehículos dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes, con el fin de cancelar los certificados de habilitación y el registro correspondiente ante la Dirección General de Aduanas.

Parágrafo

Las empresas de transporte de otro País Miembro que cuenten con el permiso de prestación de servicios, dispondrán de treinta (30) días hábiles para comunicar las desvinculaciones de los vehículos registrados.
