El Gobierno proveerá inmediatamente a la reparación y reconstrucción de los edificios que pertenecen a entidades de derecho público afectados por los terremotos, y de aquellos que se destinen exclusivamente al culto católico, a la educación y a la beneficencia. En estas reconstrucciones se atenderá especialmente a las que demande el Hospital San Pedro, de la ciudad de Pasto.
