Notificado el pliego de cargos, el expediente quedará en la Secretaría de la oficina de conocimiento, por el término de diez días, a disposición de los sujetos procesales, quienes podrán aportar y solicitar pruebas. Dentro del mismo término, el investigado o su defensor, podrán presentar sus descargos.
