Decreto 844 de 1904 · Por el cual se reglamenta la franquicia telegráfica

Art. 6°. Solo el Presidente de la República podrá ponerle el pase a un telegrama para que se transmitido como oficial, no teniendo el Despacho tal carácter.

Parágrafo

Les he prohibido á los telegrafistas transmitir telegramas sin porte en forma de razones, ya este suscritos por empleados del telégrafo o por particulares. En el caso que lo hagan pagarán el cuádruplo del porte de ésta.
