Características de los bonos pensionales . Los bonos pensionales previstos en el presente Decreto, tendrán las características señaladas en el artículo 13 del Decreto ley 1299 de 1994, en lo que fuere pertinente. Dichos bonos pensionales sólo serán endosables en favor del Instituto de Seguros Sociales. En ningún caso podrán negociarse en el mercado secundario.
