Del registro se conformarán tres ejemplares tres ejemplares, uno de los cuales se remitirá al Presidente del Tribunal Seccional de los Contencioso Administrativo que tenga jurisdicción en el Municipio, y los otros así: uno al Presidente del Jurado Electoral del Círculo, si se trata de elección de Diputados a la Asamblea, o al del Consejo Escrutador, si se trata de la elección de Representantes, o al del Consejo Electoral ,si se trata de la elección de Presidente de la República, y el otro al Gobernador del Departamento. Cuando se trate de la elección de Concejeros Municipales, uno al Alcalde, otro al Gobernador y otro al Presidente del consejo Municipal. Cuando se trate de la elección de Presidente de la República, se sacará otro ejemplar, que e remitirá al Ministro de Gobierno.
