Artículo único. Desde la promulgación de la presente Ley, suspendese, por el termino de cinco años, los efectos de la Ley 71 de 1915 , en cuanto dice relación al reconocimiento de pensiones en el caso del ordinal 1° del artículo 11 de la misma Ley.
