OBLIGACION DE LOS PROMOTORES. Los promotores que empleen las sociedades administradoras del sistema general de pensiones deberá suministrar suficiente, amplia y oportuna información a los posibles afiliados al momento de la promoción de la afiliación, durante toda la vinculación con ocasión de las prestaciones a las cuales tenga derecho el afiliado. Igualmente, respetarán la libertad de contratación de seguros de renta vitalicia por parte del afiliado según las disposiciones pertinentes.
