°. Solicitudes de renovación, modificación y/o agotamiento de producto en trámite ante el Invima . Las solicitudes de renovación o modificación de registro sanitario de reactivos de diagnóstico in vitro para uso humano y las solicitudes de agotamiento de producto a que refiere el artículo 7° del presente decreto, que se hayan radicado con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de este acto, se podrán tramitar de acuerdo a las disposiciones aquí establecidas, siempre y cuando medie petición escrita por el interesado.
