Modifícase el último inciso del artículo 55 del Decreto 575 de 2002 el cual quedará así: "No habrá lugar a la adjudicación y, por tanto, se declarará desierta la subasta, cuando ningún proponente haya ofertado por lo menos el valor mínimo, sin perjuicio de lo determinado en el cuarto inciso del artículo 50 de este decreto."
