ARTICULO 19º. ELECCIÓN DE DIGNATARIOS. El Presidente y Vicepresidente del Tribunal serán designados por la Sala Plena, para el período de un (1) año y podrán ser reelegidos. Cada Sección y Subsección elegirá un Presidente para el período de un año y podrá ser reelegido.
