ARTICULO 194 . Notificación en establecimiento carcelario . La notificación de toda providencia a una persona que se halle privada de la libertad, se realizará en el respectivo establecimiento, informando al sindicado sobre los recursos que proceden contra ella y dejando constancia en la dirección o asesoría jurídica y en el expediente.
