Cada detenido o condenado, a su llegada a la Cárcel o Penitenciaria, debe manifestar si desea o no asistir a los oficios religiosos de su culto, y en caso afirmativo la asistencia será obligatoria. Al comienzo de cada trimestre podrá manifestar si continúa o no asistiendo a tales oficios religiosos.
