º. Las compañías de seguros que inviertan en préstamos con garantía hipotecaria sobre bienes raíces una suma por lo menos igual al 15% de sus reservas, a un tipo de interés que no exceda del 8% anual, quedan exonerados de la obligación establecida por el artículo 9º del Decreto número 4051 de 1949. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la forma como las compañías de seguros deben acreditar el cumplimiento de esta obligación.
