El Gobierno negociará con los herederos del doctor Roberto Botero Saldarriaga los derechos para llevar a cabo una edición, con destino a las bibliotecas y colegios públicos y a las bibliotecas de las Embajadas y Consulados de Colombia, de las siguientes obras del insigne historiador:

"El Libertador Presidente", "El General José María Córdova", "Sangre Conquistadora", "Zea y Segunda Administración del General Francisco de Paula Santander", libro este último inédito.
