Las condiciones técnicas de la obra de que se trata serán las que para los caminos de herradura tengan establecidas las Ordenanzas del Departamentos de Antioquia, y la dirección de la obra, hasta su terminación estará a cargo de la junta Departamental de Caminos de Antioquia por delegación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
