Por medio de la presente Ley se ordena que el Laboratorio de Higiene que Funciona actualmente en Pasto, sea permanente, y en este carácter continuará prestando sus servicios a los hospitales y campañas sanitarias que existan en el Departamento de Nariño, con la reglamentación indicada por el Ministerio del ramo.
