Artículo quinto. Podrán participar en los Juegos Colombianos de Limitados Visuales, las entidades educativas de rehabilitación y bienestar social, reconocidas por el Instituto Nacional para Ciegos-INCI y el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte-COLDEPORTES.

Parágrafo

Para los Primeros Juegos Colombianos de Limitados Visuales, se requerirá sólo que el Comité Organizador acepte la inscripción de la entidad de que trata el presente artículo.
